Massachusetts Real Estate Website Launches: HomeCenterSothebysRealty.com

I am so excited to be able to say that I got to work with the great Don Minchello and his wonderful team at Home Center Sotheby’s International Realty in Hingham and Cohasset, Massachusetts. This great South Shore company has been a fixture for many years. Don recently acquired the firm and has been making some improvements for the company’s clientele, as well as the agents. This website was a lot of fun to work on and Boston Logic once again provided the platform and tools we needed to get it done.

Visit their site to search for Massachusetts real estate or to do a town search. You can even narrow it down to water-accessible properties. There are integrated search tools from Google, Yelp, Education.com and Zillow.

BettencourtRealEstate.com is new and live!

Boston, Lowell and Chelmsford Real Estate WebsiteThe world of real estate websites has changed dramatically from the days when you just had to post your own listings and have a webpage with your agent’s names and photos. As consumers, we all expect much more.

Broker/Owner of Bettencourt Real Estate, Marco Bettencourt, recently decided he needed to improve his site to help his clients get more out of it. He opted to use the Sequoia platform from Boston Logic, which features mapped searches with integrated Yelp and Education.com information, on-site Zillow stats, and luxury building pages.

The site only launched this morning — but, let me share a couple of numbers with you:

  • On the HubSpot marketing grader, the old BettencourtRealEstate.com earned a grade of 22.
  • As of one hour after launch, the new BettencourtRealEstate.com site improved it to 63. That was just the change to the website (in other words, using a better platform and features) – no added social media accounts or backlinking or blogging, all of which will improve the score in the coming weeks.

Stay tuned for updates. I think this is going to be a fun story.

Tomorrow’s free webinar with Boston Logic will focus on real estate companies’ websites. I will be touching on how to generate new leads, convert current leads, recruit new agents and retain current agents. All of these things can be done with a good website and a plan. This helps to improve your online ROI and make a more efficient use of your time.

With nine years of experience in real estate marketing, I have seen a dramatic shift in the real estate industry. I understand the demands placed on companies, owners, agents and their clients.
